NORSAN Omega-3 Capsules contain a natural fish oil with high omega-3 content. One daily dose (4 capsules) provides 1,500 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA).
Due to the high dosage, Omega-3 Total capsules are a good alternative to our oil in liquid form. It is perfect for those who do not want to take pure liquid oil or for those who travel a lot.
Consumption recommendation
- 4 capsules daily with or after a meal. The therapeutic dosage is over 2,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per day. This corresponds to about 5 capsules of omega-3 capsules. This dosage recommendation is based on the empirical values of over 3,000 fatty acid analyses and is therefore considered to be empirically tested. Unopened products should be stored away from direct sunlight at stable room or cellar temperature. The product should be stored out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.
