The fish oil from NORSAN comes from wild catch. The fishery takes place within licensed, sustainable guidelines. The fish oil is processed in Norway according to strict Norwegian regulations and controlled for absence of harmful substances and PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls).

Consumption recommendation
- The recommended daily dose is 8 ml, which corresponds to about 1 tablespoon. For optimal absorption in the body, it is recommended to take the oil in conjunction with (or immediately after) a meal. With the recommended dose, the bottle will last for 25 days. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded unless otherwise prescribed by your physician. Unopened products should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Please note that crystals may form at temperatures below 4 degrees Celsius. These will dissolve after a few minutes at room temperature. It is recommended to shake the bottle briefly before consumption. The product should be kept out of reach of small children.
