Consumption recommendation
- 1 time daily 3 capsules or alternatively in the morning, at noon and in the evening 1 capsule each. Optimal consumption is at least 15 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. Store closed, in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated.
